Although born and raised in Moscow, where does Frank receive his adult education?

Frank goes from Moscow to England to study printing and mechanical engineering. After completing his coursework, Frank takes on an apprenticeship at Croppers of Nottingham. He subsequently transfers from Croppers to Hoes of Norbury. Frank does so because of the more up-to-date machinery at Hoes.
