What is Count Olaf's response when Klaus reveals he has discovered Olaf's plan?

Klaus thinks that Olaf would either be extremely mad or be ready to flee. Olaf doesn't do any of the things that Klaus expects but offers to let Klaus go and wake up his sisters and explain what is going on. Olaf never looks defeated or stops smiling at Klaus.
