What does Violet give as the reason she should not participate in the Marvelous Marriage?

She tells Count Olaf that she is would disgrace Count Olaf because of her lack of acting experience and talent. She obviously tries to prey upon his ego and continues to tell him that she will be busy learning to cook Roast Beef. She ends it with telling him that she has many inventions that she is working on.
