What does Violet find when she reaches the top of the tower and has climbed her grappling hook?

Violet at first has a momentary sense of accomplishment. Violet sees that Sunny is trying to tell her something but Sunny has had her mouth taped shut. It isn't until Violet looks at what her grappling hook caught on that she realizes the severity of the situation. Violet didn't catch on a piece of the stonework but on the hook-handed man's hook.
