What does the hook-handed man tell Klaus in Chapter 7 that frightens Klaus?

The man tells Klaus that the only reason that Count Olaf hasn't torn him limb from limb is because they haven't gotten the money yet. The man tells him that when the Count gets the Baudelaire's money then Klaus will be done away with. He also tells Klaus that it might just be the hook-handed man that Olaf allows to do away with Klaus.
