What do Count's guests say when they find that Count is disciplining the children?

They seem to be in complete agreement with his methods. One of Olaf's friends tells him that he needs to be sure and teach the children to respect their elders. Olaf says that he can barely stand to touch them and someone tells him that they can easily understand this.
