How is the tower described in Chapter 11?

There are terrible things that are precious to Count Olaf. These things include pieces of paper that have his evil ideas written down that currently lie on top of the copy of the Nuptial law that Olaf had removed from Klaus. Candles are lit in the room and there are empty wine bottles and dirty dishes everywhere. There are lots of paintings in the room of the eye that is tattooed on Count's leg. Some are even carved into the room itself.
