How does Klaus describe Olaf's plans as he has discovered them in Chapter 8?

In the community in which Olaf lives all a woman has to do is say "I do" and sign a parchment in her own hand. Violet is underage but Olaf is her legal guardian and as such can give her permission to marry. In addition to this as her husband Olaf would have access to all of her money since he is of age. Olaf would have no more reason to keep the children around.
