What is the setting in Part III of the novel, The Adventures of China Iron?

Indian Territory is the setting for Part Three of the novel. When China and her fellow travelers arrive in the area of Argentina defined as Indian Territory, they are safely and happily absorbed into the community of Indians that make that part of the world their home.
