When the Iñchiñ arrive in Guarani territory, there are some battles between the two groups because the Guarani do not know the Iñchiñ's intentions. After they meet and have some mushroom ceremonies together, and Rosario is able to act as a translator, the Guarani accept the Iñchiñ as neighbors and begin calling them "Ñande." Later, the Iñchiñ negotiate for permission to travel north, deeper into Guarani territory.
