What is the main setting in the story, The Adjuster?

The Hemples’ apartment is where the bulk of the story takes place. For most of the story, it is where Luella feels most trapped. Moreover, Doctor Moon lingers and appears at random moments in the story, seemingly appearing from nothing. Furthermore, Luella’s frustrations about being forced to deal with her familial responsibilities take place here. In addition, the bulk of the pivotal plot points occur in this section.
