What is the narrator point of view in the novel, That Self-Same Metal?

The novel is narrated from a limited, third-person point-of-view. A majority of the chapters follow Joan Sands, the main protagonist. The occasional interlude chapter, however, follows a different, temporary character, with each interlude showing a different power of the Fae.
