What is the narrator point of view in the novel, Talons of Power?

Talons of Power is presented from the limited perspective of Turtle, an animus SeaWing dragonet. There are two exceptions to the limited perspective. One, the Prologue is presented from the perspective of Turtle's father, Gill. Two being the Epilogue which is narrated from an omniscient perspective and presents brief scenes taking place across Pyrrhia.
