What are Agnes Tsosie's accomplishments as noted in the novel, Talking God?

Among her accomplishments, Agnes has served on the Navajo Tribal Council twice and been instrumental in getting wells drilled, so that water is available at every Chapter House. Her photo was also included in a National Geographic story about the Navajo.
