Why do Angela Rossi and Joe Pike go to see Elvis at his home?

Rossi and Pike go to see Elvis because Rossi wants to fight the accusations and needs Joe and Elvis' help. Rossi also reaffirms her previous statement that she did nothing wrong when arresting LeCederick Earle. She wants to know if Elvis' offer to help her still stands. Elvis reassures her that he is going to help her.
