Who does Captain Coles introduce to the Civil Affairs unit in Chapter 10?

Coles comes in after sunset and informs the unit that they will be escorting some Intelligence guys out to a place in the Rusafa district before daybreak. The Intelligence or "Special Ops" guys arrive; they are named Lieutenant Davis and Corporal Lawler.
