What is the setting of Such a Pretty Girl by Laura Wiess?

This story is set in the town of Estertown, the town of which Sharon's mother is the mayor. Meredith's parents have lived in this town all of their lives. Meredith and Sharon had moved to a new condo complex named Cambridge Oaks shortly after Meredith's father was sent to jail. Although Meredith had thought that they had moved to keep her away from the house where she had so many bad memories, she later learns that her mother sold the house to pay for her father's lawyer.
