Who is Lucia?

Lucia is Andrea and Ryan’s ten-year old daughter. She is an independent spirit who seems curious and resourceful. When Lucia finds a box of Cold Shoulder records, she recognizes her guitar, but is puzzled as to how and why the blue guitar is smashed on the cover photo.
