What happens in chapter eleven when Harry and Murphy sit down to talk in her office?

Harry tells her what little he knows about the method used to kill the two people. He says that it might have been more than one wizard but there is no real way to tell. Harry also says that creating an earthquake would have been easier than these murders. Harry tells her that he thinks it may have something to do with the ThreeEye drugs that are on the street competing with the local mob bosses and their drugs.
