What does Morgan give as the reason that he saved Harry?

Morgan says that it is his job to fight for the White Council and that technically Harry is a member of the White Council. Morgan says that watched what Harry did and will report it to the White Council. Despite this Morgan says that he will not be forgetting that Harry is a threat and still believes that Harry will some day become someone that needs to be killed.
