What does Harry find when he enters his office in chapter twenty-two?

Harry walks in and finds that Murphy is laying on the floor. She isn't dead but there is a mark on her shoulder where blood is soaking through her shirt. Harry realizes that she has been poisoned by the scorpion although Harry is initially unable to find the creature.
