How does Harry describe Victor's house when he first goes there to investigate?

Harry looks the house over and realizes that it isn't as large as some of the other houses in the neighborhood although it is nice. Harry decides that the house is hidden enough that someone could practice magic here is privacy or that they could be having a private affair here. Harry finds nothing in the garbage cans but after looking at the house Harry is certain that someone is home but refusing to come to the door.
