Describe the scene in chapter sixteen when Harry is attacked.

Harry realizes that his attacker has taken a handful of hair. Harry attacks the man and realizes that this person is on of Marcone's men. Harry is unable to get his hair back from the man but is able to get enough blood from the man that Harry can do spell to track the man.
