What is Lukas the god over in "Wildfire in Manhattan"? How is his history described?

Lukas (Lucky) Wilde is an old god and his element is fire which is an element that never goes out of style. In this Aspect he doesn't get as many sacrifices as he did at one time, but is still able to command obeisance if he desires. He is just one of the gods that are in this Aspect, being chased by the Shadow and his minions, the wolves.
