Robert Frost's poem, Stopping By Woods, is about a man contemplating his own death. The woods are enticing, just as death might be, but when the horse shakes his head, jingling the harness and the little bells, it brings the narrator back into reality and he realizes that he has a lot of living to do before he goes'into the dark woods'.
