Where are several sisters discussing Richard and what do they decide?

There are several Sisters discussing things that are happening in regards to Richard. They are very careful to not use any names. One of the Sisters finds a novice, a woman with the gift, who is trying to become a Sister of the Light, and decides that this one will be the one that receives Richard into her care. The novice's name is Pasha Maes.
