What does the Prelate tell Sister Verna?

The Prelate explains that she picked Sister Verna as the last name on the list of the sisters to go and retrieve Richard because she knew that Sister Verna was too unimportant to be a Sister of the Dark. The Prelate is heartbroken telling these untrue things to Sister Verna but knows that it must be done.
