What does the Prelate tell Richard about himself?

She tells Richard that she has met Richard before and knew Richard's adoptive father George Cypher. She tells Richard that only after he accepts the fact that he is a wizard will he be able to take off the collar. She explains that Richard is what is called a war wizard and that they are the most rare type of wizard. The war wizards can bring forth destruction or fight the keeper and protect the defenseless. She explains many more things of Richard and his role in the prophecies and why he must learn of himself and the Keeper.
