What do the three women who accost Richard say and what happens when he interacts with them?

They claim to be Sisters of the Light. They tell Richard that if he does not come with them, the head aches that Richard has been having will kill him because they are caused from the magic growing inside him. There are three Sisters and each one will give Richard an offer to put on a collar that will be used to control him. Richard refuses the first offer and the Sister kills herself. The other two tell him that they will return to give Richard two more options to come with them.
