Who is Johnny Bibleria from Stephen Coonts' Deep Black and what is their importance?

NSA agent, Johnny Bibleria, better known as Johnny Bib, is a mathematician, cryptologist, and analyst. He uses NSA technology to examine hard drives that are being remotely accessed by terrorists. Johnny identifies computers that are being hijacked by terrorists and is able to determine where the calls originate. It is Johnny's discovery that leads to Lia and Charlie's assignment in Paris.
