Who is Jason Lawton from Spin and what is their importance?

Jason Lawton is the main character and protagonist in the novel, Spin. He is Diane's twin, and his father's heir. Over the course of the novel, we learn that Jason is suffering from AMS, a new strain of Mulitple Sclerosis.
