What happens when Tyler rides along with Wun in a convoy that takes them to Perihelion?

The convoy is attacked by a gang of road criminals who mistakes them for a Brinks convoy. The security is overwhelmed and the Martian ambassador is killed during the attack, while Tyler escapes unharmed.
