What does Jason report to Tyler about the replicators a few years after they were launched?

A couple of years later, Jason reports to Tyler that the replicators network is expanding and is now transmitting very important data about the universe. Among other things, the replicators are relaying information about other inhabited planets wrapped in a Spin. However, the data coming back from the entities furthest from Earth is corrupted and faint, which seems to indicate that the replicators are competing for resources with another species of similar entities.
