Do you think Jason is right to conceal his disease from his father who is the CEO of Perihelion?

As long as Jason is able to maintain his duties at Perihelion, it is not really his father's business to know of Jason's physical condition. On a personal level, though, it might be good for Jason to try to reach out and improve the relationship with his father.
