Who is Mr. Heinz?

Mr. Heinz is the teacher who confronts Brooke about why she has missed so much school while his class is in session. Brooke refuses to answer Heinz and is sent to the principal’s office. Heinz is disciplined for his treatment of Brooke and later apologizes to her, claiming he did not know her situation.
