Who is Midge?

Midge is the counselor to whom Brooke is assigned when she goes for counseling at the Women in Crisis facility. Midge is described as being a large, comfortable, motherly figure. She talks with a Southern accent and does not use technical lingo when talking to Brooke, making Brooke feel more comfortable.
