Precious Moments Doll

This Precious Moments Doll is a symbol of cruelty. David gets the doll for Brooke while she is in the hospital recovering from surgery to remove her appendix. When Brooke pulls a cord on the doll, it plays al lullaby about a parent’s love and devotion. While the lullaby is an innocent promise of protection, Brooke knows that David’s affection for her is anything but innocent or protective.
