Who is Juni from Soul of the Fire and what is their importance?

Juni is one of Chandelen's men. He dies face down in water, but the cause of his death remains unknown. Juni left his weapons behind, and Cara questions why he did not have his weapons with him.... Richard, in turn, wonders why he passed with such a look in his eyes.
