Why does Darcy think that Marcus is "not the wedding-planning type"?

Marcus is reluctant to discuss wedding plans and asks that they not talk about it right now. Darcy is in denial of Marcus' lukewarm feelings for her and convinces herself that he is not into weddings in order to rationalize his behavior.
