What does Truth mean by the sentence, "if the first woman God ever made was strong enough tot turn the world upside down all alone, these women together ought to be able to turn it back!"

She is referencing Eve from the bibilical story of Adam and Eve and the fall from the Garden of Eden. Truth is saying that if one woman could do that much by herself, then a group of like-minded women ought to be able to accomplish a great deal more.
