How does Persse find out where Cheryl is?

Persse goes immediately to the British Airways Information desk to look for Cheryl after deboarding his plane. When he sees she isn't there, he asks the girl he does find where Cheryl is and, when she says she shouldn't give out personal information, he begs with a lover's urgency, pleading until she calls a supervisor to find out.
