What have Aileen and El Genius been doing with Kaira's money, and why does El Genius want Armpit to come to San Francisco?

Aileen has been embezzling millions of dollars from Kaira's trust fund with the help of El Genius who, doesn't himself know how much Aileen has taken. Conversation between El Genius and Aileen reveals that El Genius has some kind of plan for seizing all of Kaira's money, and that having Armpit there will help him realize that plan, especially since Armpit has a criminal record.
