Who is Luis Cordova from Skin Tight and what is their importance?

Luis Cordova is the young marine patrol officer who is a friend of Stranahan and a frequent visitor to the stilt house. He connives with Stranahan to help the homicide detectives find Stranahan's hideout at Old Rhodes Key and later takes Detective Al Garcia to both Old Rhodes Key and shortly after to the stilt house.
