Who is Kipper Garth from Skin Tight and what is their importance?

Kipper Garth is Stranahan's brother-in-law. He is a very successful personal injury lawyer and Stranahan uses him to start a lawsuit against Dr. Rudy Graveline even though Graveline and Garth are members of the same yacht club. The basis for the lawsuit will be the unfortunate results of a breast implant operation that Graveline has performed on Mrs. Nordstrom. When Mr. Nordtrom returns home to find Garth examining and fondling his wife's breasts, he hurls pelota balls at the lawyer, seriously injuring him in the head.
