Heather Chappell is a beautiful and famous film star who comes to Dr. Rudy Graveline for a complete cosmetic surgery makeover which the doctor knows is completely unnecessary.. She says she wants the procedure to be video taped. Rudy Graveline becomes completely infatuated with Heather and has her staying at his home in Key Biscayne while he tries to think of what to do.
