Who is Rogen from Silverthorn and what is their importance?

Rogen is the old, blind man who found and cared for Gamina. Although he is blind, he is able to see the possibilities of the future. When Rogen looks into the future to see who is chasing Arutha, he sees Murmandamus, as well as a dark one following behind him. The dark one spots Rogen and talks to him in an ancient Kelewan language. Pug then uses the information he is given to assist Rogen in finding the Enemy.
