Who is Cathos, Serpent Priest from Silverthorn and what is their importance?

Cathos is a Serpent Priest (Pantathian). Little is known about the serpent priests, but humans fear and hate them because of their ignorance. Cathos uses his magic to aid Murmandamus in his destruction of the Lord of the West.
