What do Ferreria and Rodrigues talk about in Chapter 7?

The two engage in a lengthy debate about the state of Christianity in Japan. Ferreira emphatically asserts that the Japanese have never believed in the Christian God, but instead have distorted the missionaries' words and combined Christian teachings with their own religion.
