Who was Priscilla Lammeter? Why did Nancy want her to be at Red House?

Priscilla was Nancy's sister. Priscilla is not as attractive as Nancy, thus, Nancy likes to have her around because she makes her look good.... she even has Priscilla dress in the same clothing.
