What is so special about Kamala? What does Siddhartha need to do in order to get an audience with her?

Kamala has a sensuality to her that Siddhartha cannot resist. She also has a wisdom to her that complements Siddhartha's wisdom. She seems to know him even better than Govinda: she completes him. Siddhartha vows to return with gifts and nicer clothes worthy of her company.
